Our client is a start-up company seeking driven and adaptable individuals who can support the business from the ground up. This role requires someone who is hands-on, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making.
- Assist in developing finance processes and systems suitable for a growing start-up environment.
- Open to candidates from any industry background.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferred (3 years acceptable for suitable candidates).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
