Senior HR Executive / HRBPJob Purpose & Scope:We understand the importance of Human Capital and we appreciate the value of each individual contributor to our teams. We seek suitably qualified incumbent to join as contributor to our overall goal of continuous development of our Company culture and dynamics.This role will primarily supporting our Digital Department as HRBP, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment activities as well as training & development for ROCKWOOL Malaysia & Indonesia.Key Responsibilities & Job Content:Recruitment & HiringRecruitment activities for Indirect ROCKWOOL Malaysia up to Manager levelUnderstanding job requisition from the department manager and ensure its approved position before recruitment activities.Able to conduct screening and shortlisting resume along and providing advice to department managers.Guiding manager for selecting right candidate until position is filled.2. Learning & DevelopmentAble to provide advice and support on TNA and know L&D methodologyFamiliar with HRDF and able to support on local training requests and other co-ordinations3. Induction, Orientation and OffboardingCoordinate pre-employment medical, pre-onboarding and onboarding for all new joiners.Conduct onboarding, follow up on Talenthub (Onboarding Surveys) for new joiners.Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.4. Compensation & BenefitsWell verse in local C&B market trends and added plus if experienced in Asia C&B markets.Gathering benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefitsMapping out salary ranges for open positionsMonitor on existing expats C&B and provide updates if improvements required.Assist and support Regional HR Director, Asia on all C&B related matters.5. Employee Relation/EngagementEmployee welfare & Employee Relation.Develop, implement, and maintain human resource policies and procedures in order to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of employees throughout the organization.6. Industrial Relations:Able to provide support and advice to Department Heads to ensure speedy redressal of grievances or disciplinary issues.Advise and consult with departmental managers in respect of any disciplinary matter; and assist managers to ensure appropriate documentation is maintained in employees’ personal files.7. Projects of the Year:Contribute and manage HR related projects in line with Company rapid growth and people development.
