- Develop and implement the organisation’s ESG strategy in alignment with corporate vision, national sustainability agendas, and stakeholder expectations.
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and reporting structures to ensure ESG integration across all business units.
- Advise senior management and the Board on ESG risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., Bursa Malaysia, GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Lead ESG reporting, disclosures, and assurance processes to meet regulatory and investor requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate ESG performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators, government agencies, and industry bodies on ESG matters.
- Promote ESG innovation, including adoption of green technologies and digital solutions.
