As a member of Operation Research Team, you will be responsible for capacity related topics and closely workwith other functional groups locally and globally to meet the key performance indices through continuous improvement activities and projects. You will also be involved in equipment capabilities, strategy, and roadmap for operation efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities Capacity requirement analysis, simulation and managing capacity simulation model. Close collaboration with Production control/planners and various team to optimize the production loading model based on capacity to meet the goal/KPI. Establish constrains (labor, equipment, or processes) and possible alternatives to support production needs. Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, operation data to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment. Review analysis and proposals with various stakeholders to establish follow-up actions. Document and track equipment/processes issues, defects which impacts productivities performance. Documents all the continuous improvements from various stakeholders. Continuously work on improvement opportunities that improves manufacturing cost via increased utilization, line balancing, and labor efficiency. Identify, develop and/or improve automate systems to enhance operations efficiency, and drive the improvement into implementation. Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring/reducing job duties, reorganizing work sequencing, manning ratio, and relocation workstation/equipment. Smart Capacity projection, planning and scheduling for optimization of capacity and productivity Productions material/tools usage and availability forecast and waste/inefficiencies reduction Ensure production plan is executed through close collaboration with materials, production executive, planner, and maintenance to meet committed delivery to Customer/Final test. Lead/support factory modernization to improve production efficiencies via equipment re-layout, flow streamlining, WIP transport automation and integration with Shop Floor MES. Establish & develop an AI-assisted system/dashboard to intelligently analyze the equipment/process performance in terms of OEE breakdown elements, capacity and bottlenecks. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Science/Engineering/Manufacturing/Operation management related, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics/Mathematics or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar fields of knowledge with advance skill-set in data Analytic, Operations Research, AI Programming & related knowledge and Factory Automation.
