Data Analyst

• 1-3 years of experience in channel operations, business cooperation, or business development; experience in the fintech industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SQL/Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of working effectively in cross-border and multicultural teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with willingness to travel frequently for short business trips.

• Develop, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term cooperation.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of partnership projects by coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Regularly collect and analyze operational and business data, generate visual reports, and provide actionable insights and optimization suggestions for management.
• Participate in the formulation and optimization of channel policies, marketing initiatives, and business development plans to support company growth objectives.
