Job Responsibilities Maintain and update international logistics data records and customs documentation. Monitor and track domestic and international shipment status. Ensure logistics efficiency in terms of delivery timeline, cost, and service quality. Handle logistics issues such as delays, cargo damage, or route changes and propose solutions. Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Commercial, and Engineering teams. Liaise with customs brokers, customs authorities, inspection agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields. Around 2 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience . Basic data analysis skills with understanding of logistics cost control and compliance. Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills. Open to Malaysian candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin.
