-Analyse and communicate results to identify trends and opportunities
-Achieve store profitability target by managing store expenses

-Improve client experience
-Optimize operational efficiency to meet audit standards across all functions of the store
-Partner with Marketing team to ensure in-store activations/events deliver on sales objectives
-Ensure store presentations are in line with Sephora standards
-Monitor service standards across storeTeam Leadership and Talent Development:style="margin-bottom:12.0pt;margin-top:0.0px"-
-Motivate, develop and coach our retail team
-Optimize store resources by analyzing productivity of man-hours on selling vs non-selling activities and store traffic
-Train and coach store managers and Store Management Team
-Complete performance review and implement performance plan

-Proven experience in a leadership role / managerial capacity within retail industry
-Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles

-Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
-Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area within Malaysia
-Adaptable to changing customer behavior and market trends, with a focus on innovation and creativity to drive category initiatives
-Agility to effectively drive change and innovation with a customer-centric approach
