- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team on a daily basis
- Prepare quotations and follow up on Requests and award feedback for Quotation (RFQs).
- Minimum Diploma, Degree, or equivalent (Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or program management is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term growth.
- Proficiency in English. Mandarin will be added advantage.
