Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team on a daily basis
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on Requests and award feedback for Quotation (RFQs).
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma, Degree, or equivalent (Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or program management is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term growth.
  • Proficiency in English. Mandarin will be added advantage.
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
