Entity: Customers & ProductsJob Family Group: Procurement & Supply Chain Management GroupJob Description:Purpose of role:They will support EXIM end to end process from planning and operation to customs documentation and transportation in a timely and efficient manner.Responsible to supervise day to day operation with 3PL, this inclusive supervising the activities of stock shunting, container load, stock reversal, etc.Responsible for the coordination of all international exports from Port Klang Lubricants Plant. The incumbent will be accountable to ensure that all export is shipped out as planned in accordance to EOR. The role holder will be the key person to ensure all the export orders are fulfilled in JDE system and follow trade regulation.Work with internal and external customers, foreign order administrator, freight forwarder, custom officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistic of shipmentKey Results/ Accountabilities expected from roleLiaise with Freight Forwarder, container loading service provider or exporting customers to arrange, coordinate and make decision on stock/container movement & shipment decision.Responsible to provide a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction by being able to be effective and efficient in attending to customers’ needs and expectation.Liaising with shipping lines, planning, production, lab & warehouse to ensure the schedule shipment is driven as per plannedTo perform day to day trouble shooting in export process and activities.Responsible for container configuration and load optimization.Responsible to implement all export orders and to schedule export shipments to meet the agreed customer’s requirement.Responsible to process export orders and approved IUS hub ticket for export orders and ensure orders are received follows Streamline and Fusion.Ensure accurate keying in and generates JDE invoices for each export order.To supervise on time delivery of export documents and responsible to eliminate demurrage charge because of late submission / declaration of documents.Responsible to raise Credit / Debit note to make compensation or make claims from export customers.To support quality complaints investigation and ensuring all are resolved within the agreed time frame. The incumbent will need to closely liaise with lab, production and suppliers to ensure prompt feedback and response from the investigation.Process and check logistic invoices for finished goods and ensure they are processed on time.Key challenges faced on the role (in relation to section 4 & 10)Dynamic changes to both the local and International Export and Import Regulations resulting from continued implementation of the Export – Import Control Reform Initiative require this role to lay the groundwork to ensure the local operation behave and meeting legal obligation with Customs and other government agenciesHigh customer’s expectation, dynamic order pattern, various type of delivery model and extension of importing/exporting scope required judgemental and clear periodization.Contractor performance management with ocean carrier, 3PL warehouse and Freight Forwarder – dynamic changes in operation and requirement required strong networking to be built with contractor to balance up service and cost.Any Other Relevant Information (Particular reference to planning (nature and impact), scope of impact (Team, BU, Segment, BP globally etc)Received, plan and coordinate all export orders to assigned countries from the Export Order Registrar (EOR) and ensure timely delivery as per customers’ requirement.Ensure smooth operations and high level of efficiency for the PKI export loading activities.Ensure that the safety / export procedures are followed down the line to prevent unsecured stuffing, wrong products pack size, quantity and maintain export quality standards for the packaging.Responsible for compiling and submitting the supporting documents for export shipmen to our auditors for submission to Bank NegaraExperience & Expertise (mandatory & desired)Diploma/Degree holder preferable from Logistic/ Supply ChainAt least 5 year workings experience in Logistic/ Supply Chain backgroundFamiliar in export-import process and logistics scheduling.Strong organising skill and planning skill.
