Research and Development (Beverages)

• Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 year of working experience in beverages product R & D and technical application in the beverage industry.
• Those with successful product R & D cases will be given priority.
• For outstanding candidates, the salary is negotiable.
• Can communicate in Mandarin for daily needs, as there is a need to interact with Chinese companies.

• Customized tea beverage product testing, provision of reference samples: Select samples in line with customer requirements and promptly send them to the technical department for formula design.
• Customer sample testing: After finalizing the samples, deliver them to the customer for technical application in a timely manner. Conduct on-site sample testing with the customer, obtain feedback information and promptly report IT to the regional sales department and the company's R&D department.
• Improve and optimize existing beverage products, enhancing performance indicators such as product quality, taste, and stability to meet the ever-changing needs of consumers and market competition requirements.
• Accompany sales staff for customer visits, determine the brand tone, communicate with the customer's R&D department, understand customer needs, assist sales in market research, and collect regional brand information and conduct analysis.
• Develop personalized product application solutions according to customer needs, conduct on-site demonstrations and training to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty towards products.
• Application proposal: Based on customer needs, communicate with the marketing department and the R&D department to design effective application proposals.
• Analyze market feedback and sales data, identify product problems and areas for improvement, propose effective solutions and put them into practice.
