- Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Consulting on structural changes and departmental workflows to maximize organizational agility and operational efficiency.
- Talent & Succession Management: Mapping high-potential talent and architecting transition strategies for critical leadership positions to ensure long-term business continuity.
- Change Management Leadership: Leading the human element of organizational transitions to minimize disruption and reinforce cultural alignment.
- Performance & Coaching Culture: Managing the end-to-end performance cycle and empowering line managers to deliver feedback that drives measurable results.
- Total Rewards & Payroll Governance: Directing market-driven compensation benchmarking and benefit program administration while providing oversight of payroll execution to ensure absolute accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a competitive employee value proposition.
- HR Intelligence & Actionable Analytics: Leveraging HR metrics, benchmarks, and payroll data to provide leadership with validated insights for informed, data-driven business decisions.
- Degree in a Business, Human Resources related discipline, or equivalent educational qualification
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in an extensive & fast-growing environment, with minimum 3 years of experience working to support the SEA+ region
- Experienced working in commercial business setup in a multinational/ matrix environment, working with leadership, as well as country/ functional managers
- Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR core functions
- Working knowledge of HR-related software/systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
