Minimum education: Diploma and above

Required skills: Wildlife Management, Animal Handling, Leadership
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Animal lover, fun and innovative.
Degree from a recognized college or university are required in zoology, biology, animal science or related field is preferred.
Literate in Mandarin is an added advantage

ResponsibilitiesWildlife Head Trainee of Melaka Butterfly and Reptile Sanctuary plays a key role in managing and supporting the care, conservation, and presentation of wildlife. The position bridges operational responsibilities with conservation and educational goals, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and visitor engagement. Coordinate with Wildlife Heads of Department, animal keepers, veterinary teams and Management team to ensure animals are cared for according to best practices.The candidate will:

IT is the responsibility of the Wildlife Head Trainee to maintain the highest standards related to the day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, animal welfare and enrichment, behavior, habitat maintenance and the guest experience.
Candidate must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision and approach all encounters with employees in a friendly, service-oriented professional manner.
Interaction with the public which may include on and off grounds in-house educational programs.
