Job Responsibility Responsible for the overall day-to-day warehouse operations on receiving, storage, verification of expired dates of goods, issuance, and delivery of goods as per schedule. To release outgoing goods in the correct item and quantity to production and logistics according to raw material requisition form and customer DO. To arrange and store goods in the correct location racks / designated storage area. To be responsible for loading and unloading works on incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse based on FIFO and FEFO methods. Maintain up-to-date stock records. To practice regular stock checks to ensure the physical stock quantity tallies with updated stock records in the ERP Inventory System and month-end stock count activities. To keep warehouse cleanliness and tidiness at all times. Ensuring all activities undertaken to comply with safety eruels and applicable FSMS & GMP quality standards. Job Requirements Secondary School/SPM/O-Level in any field. Able to converse in English and Mandarin. At least 3 years working experience in similar position, especially in a Food & Beverage manufacturing plant. Familiarity with ERP inventory software is an added advantage. Good Command of IT knowledge. Hardworking team player and capable to follow procedures competently. Responsible and cooperation with other department. Excellent Leadership and Communication skills.
