- A university degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent qualification (e.g., A-levels with relevant industry experience).
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within services or solutions sectors.
- Proven track record in B2B commercial settings, with experience in self-prospecting and business development. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently are essential.
- Strong business awareness with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders & C-suite decision-makers at both local and global levels, adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences.
- Confident in delivering presentations tailored to various audiences, with strong negotiation and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously. Skilled in analyzing data to support operational decisions and improve service outcomes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional writing abilities. Fluent in business-level English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages such as Malay or Chinese is highly desirable.
- Take accountability and full ownership of commercial processes and key accounts. Collaborative team player with the ability to also operate independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Results-oriented, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. Ability to remain positive/enthusiastic and ‘can do’ spirit.
