Your new role Oversee sales and business development efforts across Southeast Asia, driving market penetration and regional growth for the company's product portfolio. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners in the SEA region, managing the full process from prospecting and screening to communication and final partner selection support. Support and manage existing channel partners by providing ongoing guidance, performance follow-up, and strategic direction to ensure achievement of regional targets. Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their operational needs and long-term strategies, enabling the delivery of tailored and value-driven solutions. Formulate and execute market-specific growth plans that prioritise financial performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business expansion. What you'll need to succeed Possesses 7-10 years of experience in sales and sales management within industries related to PVC heat stabilisers, PVC resins, and PVC additives. Demonstrates strong expertise in the PVC market at both regional and global levels, supported by extensive hands-on commercial experience. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline from a reputable institution; an MBA is an added advantage. Mandarin language proficiency or dialects is a MUST.
