- Manage and grow service sales revenue from existing HVAC customers, including maintenance contracts, repairs, retrofits, and upgrades.
- Proactively identify and develop new service sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and propose suitable HVAC service solutions.
- Prepare and present service quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, consultants, and end users.
- Coordinate closely with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in HVAC service sales or related HVAC engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service operations, and maintenance solutions.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
