Penerangan KerjaKelayakanMinimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (Banking/Finance related is an advantage)Prior experience in customer service, call center, or banking industry is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood command of English (Mandarin or other languages is a plus)Basic understanding of banking products and financial servicesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityGood problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureComputer literate and familiar with CRM systemsWilling to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidaysTanggungjawabHandle inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers regarding banking products and servicesAssist customers with account inquiries.Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely mannerEnsure all customer interactions comply with bank policies and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system (CRM)Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessaryDeliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyaltyManfaat
