- Assist with recruitment activities (posting jobs, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters).
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Support payroll preparation including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions.
- Prepare HR documents such as confirmation and resignation letters.
- Handle general office administration (supplies, utilities, vendor coordination).
- Manage employee claims and simple staff events.
- Be the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Assist other departments with administrative support when required.
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently with attention to detail.
