In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to peek into global HR C&B processes and a plethora of different HR topics, such as year-end process, reporting, data analysis, digitalization and grading processes.Key Tasks / Alternatively: In this role you will:

Support team with Compensation Connect system (merit increment tool)
Support the year-end share points site creations
Support the year-end data collection, cleanup, and validation.
Support the year-end process administration in the regions with merit or bonus
Support with overall reporting requests, e.g. running and distributing myTW reports
Support the off-cycle merit increment template
Support the ESP administration process, e.g. consent form, update HRGT

Qualifications & Key Requirements / Alternatively: Our perfect match:

You are characterized by a high motivation, a quick grasp of things, entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills and a target-oriented approach
Ideally, you have already gained practical experience within HR or other departments with, reporting or learning and development
You value working within a team and you are able to successfully & proactively apply your analytical and communicative abilities within a project team
You pay attention to details
Next to excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint), you are familiar with Power BI and using platforms and systems overall
You gained experience is setting up sharepoints
You have very good English language skills, any other language is an advantage
You are available full-time, mobile work is also possible
You are currently in the final year of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Finance or any comparable program
You are available for 6 -12 months
