- Manage CMO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain records and file.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CMO.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Assist in planning and executing team engagement activities and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support the Brand & Communications team in planning, coordination and execution of branding and communication initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of branding materials, corporate communications, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for campaigns, internal communications, and corporate announcements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors (where applicable) for content, materials, and approvals.
- Maintain and update brand assets, communication trackers and documentation.
- Provide ad-hoc support for cross-pillar Marketing initiatives.
- Preferably tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Science or Marketing.
