Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang Responsibilities: Assist Sales to submit processes, and coordinate with other departments to propel projects or orders. Input order information in SAP system for production scheduling according to contracts, PIs, loan agreements, etc. Support customers' daily requirements and provide relevant documents in a timely manner. Coordinate with relevant departments at HQ, promoting the delivery and arrival of products. Provide administrative support for office operations. Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: Current students majoring in International Trade or other Business-Related Majors. Internship experience in international trade is preferred. Skilled use of Office software, proficient in Mandarin/English to effectively internal communication. Work carefully and conscientiously, with a sense of responsibility.
