The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our Japanese-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the customer service management system. Assist in the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures. Skills and Qualifications Native Japanese speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-Japanese speaking team members. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proficient in using customer service software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred, but freshers/entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
