Job SummaryProvide clerical support on daily activities execution related to country/Business Unit/central services administration and business support functions (e.g. office administration, office equipment and supplies upkeep management and cost/tender management, etc.)General Responsibilities
  • Responsible to handle cash/non-cash variant, raise CDA for outlet adjustment - Admin
  • Quarterly undertaking letter tracking & cash audit form - Admin
  • Handling dispute for voucher, merchant - Admin
  • Prepare & monitor stationary supplies movement - Admin
  • Apply/Terminate - merchant terminal, & pull merchant statement from portal - Admin
  • Maintaining Landlord table listing (rental, GTO, utilities, deposit, billing, etc) - Admin
  • Raising CDA for Interface error issue & discrepancy collections - Sales
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and techniques of administrative management (e.g. lean 6-sigma best practices, etc.)
  • Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
