- Responsible to handle cash/non-cash variant, raise CDA for outlet adjustment - Admin
- Quarterly undertaking letter tracking & cash audit form - Admin
- Handling dispute for voucher, merchant - Admin
- Prepare & monitor stationary supplies movement - Admin
- Apply/Terminate - merchant terminal, & pull merchant statement from portal - Admin
- Maintaining Landlord table listing (rental, GTO, utilities, deposit, billing, etc) - Admin
- Raising CDA for Interface error issue & discrepancy collections - Sales
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of principles and techniques of administrative management (e.g. lean 6-sigma best practices, etc.)
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
