Key Responsibilities Investment Analysis & Evaluation Lead and assist on investment due diligence on potential opportunities, including financial analysis, business model assessment, market research, and risk identification. Build and review advanced financial models to assess valuation, return sensitivities, and exit strategies. Prepare clear and compelling investment memos and pitch materials for internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate strategic fit and alignment with investment mandates and provide input on portfolio diversification considerations. Track market intelligence and deal flow trends across relevant sectors to support the investment team's pipeline and strategy. Portfolio Management & Fund Operations Monitor and review the performance of portfolio companies and underlying assets, tracking financial KPIs, risk indicators, and market developments. Lead and oversee the preparation of periodic fund performance reports and investor updates, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with internal standards. Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, legal counsel, and auditors to ensure accurate fund accounting and regulatory compliance. Supervise the timely processing of transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions. Maintain and manage up-to-date fund documentation (e.g. legal agreements, offering documents, and financial records) to ensure audit readiness and internal control. Investor Relations & Communications Assist in the development and execution of investor engagement strategies, including periodic reporting, newsletters, and digital content. Support the preparation of fundraising materials, pitch decks, and fund-related marketing collateral. Coordinate and manage logistics for investor meetings, events, and conferences. Respond to investor queries in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high standards of service and relationship management. Collaborate with senior team members in capital-raising initiatives and relationship cultivation with new and existing investors. Governance & Strategic Support Uphold high standards of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive investor or transaction-related information. Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting practices align with internal policies and regulatory expectations. Participate in internal strategic reviews, investment pipeline meetings, and cross-functional initiatives as required. Undertake ad-hoc assignments or projects as directed by the Board of Directors or Senior Management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CFA or other professional qualification is an added advantage. 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment management, private equity, fund operations, or a related financial services role. Proven ability to lead analytical workstreams, manage deliverables with minimal supervision, and interact with senior stakeholders. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with deep understanding of investment processes and fund structures.
