- Manage and coordinate the implementation of HSE and Process Safety (PS) governance across operations to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Monitor HSE and PS performance, track key indicators, and provide regular reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate the development and execution of continuous improvement plans to enhance workplace safety, risk management, and process integrity.
- Build, develop, and manage staff capability in HSE and PS by providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure competency and compliance.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulatory standards, and company HSE commitments.
- Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations to drive preventive actions and lessons learned.
