Key Responsibilities:Receive MS Excel file from all Stores in Skype.Print out damaged item list and send to QM Store for checking.Pump file into the system.Receive ARN from Stores and key in to excel system for record.Follow up the tasks and reply all messages in Skype.Key in data and do checking.Check the emails of issue feedback.Handle the quality issues received.Requirements:Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry, admin, or operations support are preferred.Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.Good communication skills and responsive in handling messages and emails.Mandarin (able to read and write) plus point as the system and product information are based in China. Responsible and able to handle quality-related issues systematically.
