L1 - Service Desk Analyst Based at Plaza Sentral/ Plaza Damansara Job Purpose Provide first line technical support to clients, requiring an aptitude for working with applications/ systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems. Responsibilities: 1. Answers inbound calls & emails within stated time guidelines also escalates calls within stated guidelines. 2. Handle 1st level troubleshooting & log tickets to client's ticketing system 3. Analyses and interprets client inquiries to ascertain and solve issue. 4. Provides accurate and creative solutions to client problems meeting all pre-defined quality measurements. 5. Provides information, advice or instruction in response to client inquiries. Provides a high degree of client satisfaction in all work undertaken. 6. Receives and records client inquiries and processes paperwork/systems relevant to client queries. Liaises internally to enable client queries to be answered and problems solved. Requirements: 1. At least diploma holder with relevant technical qualification. 2. 6-12 months' work experience in a technical help desk environment. 3. Ability to speak & write in English and Malay is a must 4.
