Plant Manager

• Lead full end-to-end plant operations to achieve operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to department heads to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
• Plan, organise, and optimize manpower and equipment capacity to meet production schedules.
• Drive productivity improvements, reduce rejection rates, and ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Strengthen and maintain quality management systems to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, R&D) to improve product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Train, develop, and motivate operational teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
• Lead problem-solving activities to eliminate production bottlenecks and operational issues.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the plant.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
• Oversee implementation of 5S, safety programs, and standard operating procedures

• A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Relevant experience in EMS, automation equipment or semiconductor equipment manufacturing environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Brownfield or Greenfield exposure
• Proficiency in using data to drive operational improvements.
