- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Office Management, or related field
- Diploma holders must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates with strong passion and learning mindset are welcome to apply
- Proficient in:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken & written) - essential for child and parent communication
- Able to work on weekends and support team as needed
- Prior administrative experience in a therapy centre, school, or healthcare setting is an advantage
- Exposure to working with children with special needs is a plus
- High sense of responsibility and integrity
- Enjoy working in a child-focused, special needs environment
- Able to cope with stress, be resourceful and independent

- Manage billing, payment records, and client invoicing
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and class timetables
- Handle front desk duties and parent communication professionally
- Assist in internal documentation, reporting, and file management
- Support the daily operations of the centre, including office supplies, cleanliness, and facilities
- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and interns for smooth case and class management
- Create simple visual materials or announcements using Canva
- Perform other related duties as assigned
