- Support TA team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative task.
- Provide support in recruitment activities & projects.
- Support in Recruitment & Onboarding process in Success Factor system administration.
- Act as a communication channel between superior and department's personnel to drive communication and decision-making.
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of HR and DKSH behaviours as part of continuous learning.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
- Duration period: minimum 6 months
