Job DescriptionRequirementsWe are looking for a motivated person to plan and run marketing programs that improve our brand and bring in more customer engagement. The role requires experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Red Note and others. Skills in creating graphics, videos, and written posts that match our brand style, plus the ability to track campaign success using performance reports and social media metrics, will be an added advantage.You will help keep the Sushi Tei brand image strong and consistent, while using reporting tools such as social media insights, website traffic reports, and campaign dashboards to measure results. In addition to marketing, you will also assist with leasing matters when needed, supporting the team to ensure smooth operations.Responsibilities1) Carry out marketing programs across digital, social media, and traditional channels to increase brand visibility and attract more customers.2) Manage and expand Sushi Tei's platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others by creating engaging posts, running ads, and interacting with followers.3) Research customer preferences and competitor activities to guide promotions, improve menu ideas, and identify new opportunities.4) Design and develop website content and promotional materials that are visually appealing and consistent with the brand style.5) Assist with in-store promotions, special events and partnership activities to bring in more customers and improve the dining experience.6) Work with shopping malls on joint promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketing collaborations to increase traffic and brand exposure.Benefits
