Job Description We are looking for a Senior Specialist to support the execution and stability of our Next Gen digital platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth launches, strong operational readiness, and continuous improvement across digital journeys. Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, GTM, Ops, and Partners. Drive UAT, readiness checkpoints, and post-launch operational support. Maintain structured operational trackers, issue logs, and RCA documentation. Identify execution risks, dependencies, and process gaps early and escalate where required. Support the development of SOPs, playbooks, and operational frameworks. Build and maintain lightweight automation using low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Airtable). Develop basic dashboards and visibility tools to improve operational insight and response times. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant discipline. 5-8 years of experience in digital operations, product operations, or technical program management. Experience supporting digital launches, UAT, and post-launch operations. Hands-on experience with low-code automation or workflow tools.
