  • Coordinate and facilitate design stage activities with Work Package (WP) Consultants and ensure smooth interfacing between site and design teams during construction.
  • Act as the main liaison with Clients to ensure needs, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met, including resolving technical issues and crises.
  • Liaise with Authorities and governing bodies, preparing submission/presentation materials and securing approvals for design and construction works.
  • Manage and monitor Sub-consultants, Specialist Consultants, and Contractors (e.g., Surveyors, SI, EIA, TIA) to ensure timely progress and accurate deliverables for documentation and payment verification.
  • Support the Project Manager (PM) and Resident Engineer (RE) in establishing workflows, communication structures, and supervision procedures for Work Packages.
  • Coordinate and review design changes or variation works, ensuring proper submission and approval by Clients.
  • Review and verify Contractors' interim claims with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) and track project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g., interfacing contractors, landowners, structure owners) to resolve technical and contractual matters.
  • Assist PM/RE in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation or contingency measures.
  • Provide support in corporate-level tasks such as financial reporting, HSSE reporting, KPI tracking, risk assessment, resource planning, and legal/contractual technical matters where applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in highway/roadwork design and construction management.
  • Proven experience in coordinating large-scale infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, roadwork/highway construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing project demands.
