- Conduct structured assessments of current HR processes to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, manual work drivers, and scalability constraints.
- Continuously scan the market for relevant HR technologies (e.g., workflow tools, automation platforms, AI solutions, knowledge management tools, case management systems).
- Evaluate how emerging technologies - including generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics - can enable simplification, standardization, and improved employee/manager experience.
- Partners with organization design leads and process leads in identifying areas where technology can play a meaningful role in future state design.
- Review existing tools within the tech ecosystem (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) to determine whether needs can be addressed through current platforms or new capabilities.
- Assess technological feasibility, integration considerations, system dependencies, and readiness for HR processes shortlisted for digital improvement.
- Provide structured recommendations outlining potential technology options, strengths/limitations, risk considerations, and alignment with global HR systems roadmap.
- Drive the design of an APAC HR IT technology roadmap that sets the course for the future of HR technology and innovation
- Drive the creation of business cases to quantify effort reduction, cost avoidance, efficiency benefits, or experience improvements enabled by technology.
- Work closely with process owners to ensure opportunities align with harmonized to-be processes.
- Partner with HR, CoEs and business leaders to design and implement effective, standardized, scalable HR processes.
- Collaborate with Global HR Technology partners to address regional challenges and deliver APAC technology initiatives.
- Champion HR policies, processes, and technologies that drive measurable improvements.
- Promote and uphold global HR technology principles, standards, and governance.
- Partner with the Change Management workstream to translate technology opportunities into user-friendly narratives.
- Provide technical input to inform and shape the overall change management approach.
- Actively support planning and execution of change management activities with key stakeholder groups.
- Responsible and/or accountable for any additional duties or areas of responsibility as assigned by the Director, HR Transformation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP), Change Management (Prosci), Lean Six Sigma, CIPD/SHRM is added advantage
- Require 5-6+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR systems, digital transformation, or process optimization within complex regional or multi-country environment.
- Specialized expertise in HR processes and systems, including tools such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and automation platforms.
- Strong experience in business process mapping, transformation, and continuous improvement in HR processes or CoE like Talent Acquisition, Total rewards, etc.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with understanding of HR CoEs, their processes, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in HR transformation programs or digital/automation initiatives strongly preferred.
