- Drive DevOps excellence by implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, artifact management, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with AWS architecture and cloud-native development.
- Build and maintain RESTful services, and OpenAPI-defined interfaces.
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation to automate and standardize environments.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of API contracts, technical documentation, and data models.
- Support microservices architectures, event-driven systems, and modern patterns (serverless, containers).
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization across distributed systems.
- 5 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture or DevOps roles.
- Strong proficiency in AWS, including: EC2, ECS, S3 DynamoDB, IAM, CloudFront, etc…).
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation
- Hands-on experience with REST web services, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API-first contract management.
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks). Bonus: Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Proficiency with container technologies (Docker, Kubernets)
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML tools for engineering workflows.
- Strong knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, load balancing, VPC design).
- High level of English, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of financial services or payments industry.
- Integrate and manage AI tools to optimize code generation, system monitoring, diagnostics, and documentation workflows
- Experience with API management platforms (Apigee, Amazon API Gateway, Kong).
- Exposure to payments architecture, settlement processes, webhook processing, and high-volume transaction systems.
- Scripting ability (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with performance testing tools (Gatling, JMeter, Locust).
- Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new tools, especially in AI and cloud engineering.
- Structured thinker with solid problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
