- Leads the annual investment strategy with view of media market, business planning and partner landscape.
- Drives investment-led workstreams (e.g. Fast Cash, NDS), ensuring compliance, optimization, and value delivery to Nestlé.
- Tracks and fulfills AVB commitments.
- Leads media partner engagements to unlock improved commercial terms and incremental value example local SVAs, co-funds for T&Ls etc. To be done in collaboration with Digital strategy lead.
- Leverages deep Malaysia market expertise and co-works with Nestlé to strengthen the negotiating position with media owners.
- Accountable for establishing and Rationalizing CPRP benchmarks - Annual and Festive across targets. Co-discuss negotiation strategy with view to latest viewership/landscape and deliverables.
- Conducts mid-year evaluation of investment roadmap progress vs. annual strategic objectives
- Runs time to time benchmarking and vendor/platform spend analysis exercises as needed.
- Collaborates with Client Lead & OM region investment team to share projected spends with media partners, with Nestlé's visibility (need based).
- Collaborates with Client & Cluster leads to land tactical tentpole properties, festive packages, co-create leverage for initiatives like WCB.
- Delivers Fast cash, NDS trackers to Nestlé and WPP regional / local stakeholders.
- Accountable for sharing monthly CPRP reports and flags any big blips with observation & findings.
- Prepares CIT with proposed Performance lead, MET reports with non-bid team to track media efficiency and shares with stakeholders.
- Prepares Global, Regional and Local spends reports for all Trading purposes.
- Partners closely with Client, Cluster & Strategy teams to inform OOH strategy in brand plans based on JTBD.
- Proactively introduces new OOH/DOOH/pDOOH solutions to strengthen brand impact.
- Prepares OOH plans based on briefs, does rate rationalization and negotiation and submits proposals to Nestlé.
- Evaluates proposals and suggests plans to Nestlé based on brand briefs.
- Oversees OOH execution with cluster planners and non-bid activation teams to ensure deliverables.
- Manages OOH partner relations to strengthen Nestlé positioning and deliver value.
- Contributes to HBRs/CMRs along with Cluster teams.
- Works with non-bid teams, OOH media owners and delivers post buys reports.
- Monitors sites proactively. Keeps track of site/contract renewal.
