Join Intel as a Module Equipment Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment that powers Intel's cutting-edge processes and work in 12 hourly shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in manufacturing equipment.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, install, and assemble equipment following layout plans, blueprints, repair manuals, or drawings.
Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs as required.
Monitor and analyze equipment data to improve tool performance and address module-related issues.
Create reports on system failures, update existing specifications, and develop new specifications for equipment maintenance and performance.
Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments, data collection, and equipment configuration changes.
Support engineering teams with troubleshooting through data analysis and controlled experimentation to meet or exceed module availability and performance targets.
Assist during factory ramps by working with engineering and construction teams to ensure tools are installed or converted as per designs.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in equipment calibration, monitoring, and preventative maintenance processes.
Strong understanding of good manufacturing practices and disciplined execution.
Familiarity with material handling equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to factory ramps or tool installation/conversion processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes and prevent future excursions.
