- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in manufacturing equipment.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, install, and assemble equipment following layout plans, blueprints, repair manuals, or drawings.
- Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs as required.
- Monitor and analyze equipment data to improve tool performance and address module-related issues.
- Create reports on system failures, update existing specifications, and develop new specifications for equipment maintenance and performance.
- Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments, data collection, and equipment configuration changes.
- Support engineering teams with troubleshooting through data analysis and controlled experimentation to meet or exceed module availability and performance targets.
- Assist during factory ramps by working with engineering and construction teams to ensure tools are installed or converted as per designs.
- Diploma with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in equipment calibration, monitoring, and preventative maintenance processes.
- Strong understanding of good manufacturing practices and disciplined execution.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment.
- Exposure to factory ramps or tool installation/conversion processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes and prevent future excursions.
