Responsibilities :
  • To be involved in system testing and implementation of new system enhancements or product launches
  • To assist prepare user requirements and co-ordinate with IT/users & relevant parties for any system enhancement
  • To prepare and ensure proper safe-keeping of all documentations.
  • To support New Business users on system and operational tasks
  • To be involved in delivering constant process improvements for the Department
  • To conduct training / coaching sessions to users
  • To coordinate the development of Quality procedures and work instructions within the department
  • To ensure that PCs and Software in the department comply with IT security policies
  • Keep stock of PCs, printer and IT related items are recorded and tracked closely
  • To assist in preparation of departmental reports

QualificationsRequirement:
  • Preferably 1 year of experience working in life insurance company
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Admin, IT or other relevant degree.
  • Good communication skills (both written & verbal)

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Product knowledge
  • Insurance related knowledge
