- To be involved in system testing and implementation of new system enhancements or product launches
- To assist prepare user requirements and co-ordinate with IT/users & relevant parties for any system enhancement
- To prepare and ensure proper safe-keeping of all documentations.
- To support New Business users on system and operational tasks
- To be involved in delivering constant process improvements for the Department
- To conduct training / coaching sessions to users
- To coordinate the development of Quality procedures and work instructions within the department
- To ensure that PCs and Software in the department comply with IT security policies
- Keep stock of PCs, printer and IT related items are recorded and tracked closely
- To assist in preparation of departmental reports

- Any other assignments and/or ad-hoc functions relevant to the job grade required by management from time to time
- Preferably 1 year of experience working in life insurance company
- Tertiary qualification in Business Admin, IT or other relevant degree.
- Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
