  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidate preferred for effective communication with target customers.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Zoom, etc.).
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to company emails, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Handle paperwork, documentation, and filing tasks accurately.
  • Contact clients for information verification and case follow-up.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints via email or phone, providing effective solutions.
  • Conduct briefings for agents on the latest promotions and operational updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation processes.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to sales agents on the latest promotions, campaigns, and operational updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reports, and operational updates.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as required.
