Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Johor Bahru. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions with clients, resolving any issues promptly, and maintaining customer records.
