Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery from site mobilization to completion and handover. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance. Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions. Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost control. Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company SOPs. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 8-15 years of experience in construction, with proven experience in high-rise projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera). Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Willing to be based on-site.
