The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions
Analyze and optimize business processes to align with Salesforce capabilities

A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and administration
Deep knowledge of complex business models, customer engagement, and B2B sales processes
Skilled in analyzing, optimizing, and digitizing business workflows
Familiar with interfaces, data integration, and system architecture in corporate settings
Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Adept at explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven track record of collaborating in interdisciplinary and international teams
