JOB TITLE: Sales Manager (SI / Principal) INDUSTRY: Technology Solutions LOCATION: PJ (Main Office) + Occasional travel to Bagan Datoh SALARY: RM 5,000 - RM 7,000 NATIONALITY: Malaysian Citizens only THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and manage key client relationships. You will split your time between our main office in PJ and occasional visits to our project site in Bagan Datoh. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead the Team: Guide and motivate your sales team to hit targets and grow professionally. Drive Sales: Create smart strategies to find new clients and increase revenue. Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with clients, partners, and distributors. Solve any issues to keep them happy. Find Opportunities: Hunt for new business through networking, events, and referrals. Plan & Report: Prepare quotes, track market trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Represent Us: Attend industry events and trade shows to build our brand. Travel: Visit our Bagan Datoh project site as needed for client meetings and site checks. WHAT YOU NEED Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales leadership (IT/Tech industry preferred). Skills: Strong knowledge of ICT products. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Tools: Experience with CRM software is a plus. Other: Must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to travel occasionally to Bagan Datoh.
