Its strength lies in client-server performance, Azure-backed security with automatic backups, customizable reporting, and strong local support via consultancy, training, and remote/on-site service .As our Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company’s financial strategy, compliance, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:Job Responsibilities * Financial Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board.
Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency.
Financial Planning & Analysis

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions.
Identify financial risks and opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
Accounting & Compliance

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
Oversee financial audits and internal controls.
Implement financial policies and best practices.
Risk Management & Operational Efficiency

Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations and operational risks.
Optimize financial processes and implement cost-saving measures.
Strengthen internal controls to enhance financial transparency.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead and develop the finance team for high performance.
Work closely with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and external auditors.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business operations.
Perform any expressed or implied duties assigned by the company.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, ACCA preferred).
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance executive in an SME or growth-stage company.
Experience in managing IPO processes, including preparation, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, and risk analysis.
Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
