- Develop regional marketing campaigns that align with business goals and can be localized for different markets.
- Create campaign toolkits (e.g., landing pages, email templates, presentations, social media assets) for field marketing teams.
- Ensure campaigns support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement goals.
- Collaborate closely with Country Managers, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with key business priorities.
- Work closely with the BELFOR Europe Marketing Team to align on campaign strategy and workflow; coordinate support for campaign landing pages and email workflows (Inxmail), and serve as the bridge between the Asia team and the global agency.
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage paid media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Oversee website content and SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance.
- Leverage Inxmail and explore automation tools to improve email marketing efficiency.
- Work with designers and content teams to create high-quality marketing assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.
- Support PR and thought leadership initiatives, including content for blogs, press releases, and case studies.
- Use GA4 to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Leverage Power BI to deepen performance analysis and visualize insights.
- Collaborate with external agencies to interpret campaign data, identify gaps, and understand performance drivers.
- Provide timely, actionable recommendations to improve underperforming campaigns.
- Support Country Field Marketing Managers with data insights to guide decision-making and optimize local campaign performance.
- Act as the primary marketing support for field marketing managers in different countries.
- Share best practices, campaign assets, and training to ensure successful local execution.
- Adapt global/regional marketing strategies to suit local market needs.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, and content development.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or service-based sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Inxmail, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Experience working with regional/country marketing teams to execute localized campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating with remote teams.
