This role focuses on calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of instrumentation systems to support safe and efficient plant operations.Work Location Pasir GudangReporting to Engineering and Maintenance ManagerKey responsibilities⦁ Calibration & Testing Plan and execute calibration of instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level) to meet standards.
⦁ Preventive Maintenance Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for instrumentation and control systems.
⦁ Compliance Ensure all instrumentation activities comply with GMP, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
⦁ Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and maintain process accuracy.
⦁ Documentation Maintain accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and compliance in SAP PM system.
⦁ Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance instrumentation reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
⦁ Project Support Assist in instrumentation design, installation, and commissioning for new projects.
⦁ Training Provide technical training to maintenance teams on instrumentation best practices.Key Accountabilities⦁ Ensure accurate and reliable performance of all plant instrumentation.
⦁ Maintain compliance with calibration and safety standards.
⦁ Support continuous improvement initiatives for instrumentation systems.
⦁ Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support to operations.
⦁ Maintain SAP PM data integrity for instrumentation activities.Qualifications and skills

Education Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
Competent Electrical Chargeman BO
Technical Instrumentation systems, calibration, PLC/DCS knowledge, SAP PM (essential); 3+ years experience (desirable)
Behavioral Attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork
