The role combines technical agronomy knowledge with commercial acumen to provide value-driven solutions to farmers, dealers, and distributors.Key Responsibilities * Commercial Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by promoting agrochemical products (e.g., herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, bio-stimulants).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers and farmers in the agriculture value chain.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding market coverage.
- Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.2. Technical Responsibilities:- Provide technical guidance and support to farmers, including product recommendations, crop advisory, and demonstration plots.
- Conduct field visits to monitor product performance and gather feedback.
- Deliver product training and technical presentations to dealers, growers, and internal teams.
- Assist in addressing product complaints or performance issues through field trials or investigations.3. Reporting & Administration:- Prepare weekly and monthly customer feedback reports, field activity updates, and market intelligence summaries.
- Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends.
- Maintain proper documentation related to demos, trials, events, and promotional activities.About You
  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years (fresh graduates with strong agricultural knowledge may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge of crop protection and plant nutrition
  • Good presentation and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Familiarity with local crops, pests, diseases, and farming practice
  • Familiarity with Paddy, Oil Palm, Durian and other cash crops
  • Fluency in local languages/dialects
