Job Responsibility Document Management and Processing Responsible for organising, filing, photocopying, and printing various documents for the Security Department, ensuring all materials are complete, well-categorised, and easy to access. Assist in preparing safety-related documents such as training materials, inspection checklists, and safety manuals. Design and Production of Safety Signage Design various safety warning signs, operational instruction boards, and floor marking stickers, ensuring accurate content that complies with company and regulatory standards. Customize designs based on on-site requirements to ensure signs are clear, visible, and effective. Safety Promotion and Visual Content Creation Design and produce safety promotional posters, banners, buntings, and display boards for use during staff training, safety campaigns, awareness weeks, etc. Creatively present safety messages to enhance employee awareness and engagement. Equipment and Supplies Management Operate and maintain printing equipment, laminators, cutting tools, and other relevant tools to ensure smooth operation. Manage inventory of supplies such as paper, ink cartridges, stickers, etc., and request replenishment when necessary. Administrative Support to the Department Assist with internal material distribution, posting notices, and preparing documents for meetings. Carry out other related tasks as assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements Proficient in both Mandarin and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage); capable of two-way translation. Able to work in Kemaman, Terengganu. Creative, and divergent thinking, with the ability to apply innovative ideas in work. Proficient in office software (such as Microsoft Office, WPS, Excel) or other design-related tools (such as Canva).
