Responsibilities: Plans, directs, and oversees the sales team within a designated region to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets in line with established sales processes and strategies You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region through market analysis and customer engagement. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management. Ensure in-store execution excellence by adhering to the 7P's sales principles: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical evidence. Manage trade spend efficiently to optimize promotional effectiveness and maximize ROI. Collaborate closely with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to support business growth initiatives. Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with key accounts and sales teams. Develop sales forecasts and action plans to address market challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: A degree in the related job field. At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. Willing to relocate to the job location.
