This role reports to the Account Director and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of office administration and operations. Key Accountabilities: Office Administration Support (70%) Manage all general office administration and facilities management. Main liaison with building management, vendors and contractors for upkeep of the office. Keep record of maintenance contracts and coordinate for renewals. Support onboarding and offboarding process. Plan and support all employee engagement events, example major festive celebrations, townhalls, teambuilding, CSR events. Support the sending out of all local email correspondences. Support all business meetings and training workshops. Coordinate visitor access with internal security team and update the TH team on visitor arrivals. Any adhoc support required from time to time. Channel Sales & Marketing Support (30%) Oversee POP design, production and distribution of marketing materials for channel partners. Collaborate with channel partners to support the successful implementation of monthly incentive campaigns. Qualifications: Diploma in any disciplines Minimum 2 years of experience working as an office administrator, office assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels and external partners. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Ability to manage office-related issues and provide practical solutions Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist with different teams and departments. Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office is a must (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
